Congratulations on the auspicious anniversary of Bahman 22nd

Iranian people have started to celebrate the 37th anniversary of the 1979 Islamic revolution. During the Ten-Day Dawn festivities called Daheyeh Fajar (Ten-Day Dawn), Iranians take part in different events and activities to remember their revolution. Every year tens of millions of Iranians also take to the streets to commemorate the final day of the festivities, on the 22nd of Bahman, or February 11th, which marks the victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

COMSTECH Inter Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) commemorated this historic event by holding film and theatre as well as cultural exhibitions and paying tribute to the Founder of the Islamic Republic, the late Imam Khomeini, at his mausoleum. In this regard, in a speech at the ceremony, the president of CINVU, Dr. Mahdi Javanmard, described the revolution as the beginning of the "sovereignty" of the Iranian nation and "the governance of Islam, people and freedom".
