The Secretary General of CINVU, in a meeting with the Vice President of Saadi Foundation, described skills-based training in the field of language as one of the pillars of achieving educational justice and considered the grounds for expanding joint cooperation in this field.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, in a meeting with Dr. Reza Morad Sahraei, Vice President for Education and Research of Saadi Foundation, introduced the capacities and achievements of this scientific and academic organization, considered the rich culture and indigenous knowledge of Iran and expressed his readiness to cooperate with Saadi Foundation in order to teach skills and provide a universal Persian language certificate for skills, students and applicants to study in the universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Deputy of Strategic Affairs and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of CINVU, while pointing to the vast capacities of this scientific and academic organization Foreign exchange finance considers the provision of academic and skill-based education as an important and strategic advantage of the network of virtual universities in the Islamic world, which is aimed at empowering education in the national and transnational arenas, especially in Islamic countries.

Dr. Reza Morad Sahraei, Vice President for Education and Research of Saadi Foundation, while introducing the achievements of Saadi Foundation in teaching Persian to foreign language learners, expressed hope that the IELTS Persian language proficiency standard would be implemented in cooperation with CINVU.

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
