With a decree of the CINVU International Organization Secretary General, Dr. Ismail Shir Ali was appointed Senior Knowledge and Technology Consultant of this International Scientific and Academic Organization.

According to this report, Dr. Ismail Shir Ali is the Velayat University faculty member, who has been appointed to this position to strengthen the international educational, research, and knowledge-based cooperation of the countries that are members of the CINVU International Organization.

It is worth mentioning, that the CINVU International Organization with the title of the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities is one of the Networks affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH) that is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural, and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
