Azerbaijan Charkhe Nilofari Institute of Higher Education, one of the members of CINVU, was elected as the executive chairman of Caucasus University Association.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, sent a video message to the meeting of the International Union of Universities of Caucasus Region while congratulating on the success and appreciating the valuable actions of the Azerbaijan Charkhe Nilofari Institute of Higher Education, headed by Dr. Kamran Pashaei Fakhri and emphasized the all-round readiness of this international organization in order to strengthen academic cooperation and develop scientific and technological diplomacy with the universities ofCaucasus region.

Caucasus University Association includes more than 170 universities from 16 countries in the region, of which Azerbaijan Charkhe Nilofari Institute of Higher Education has become an official member since 2014 as the first non-governmental higher education institution of Iran. This institution is also a special representative of CINVU in this important and strategic region due to its extensive connections with the universities of Caucasus and Eurasia regions.

Based on the plans made in order to strengthen international academic and scientific cooperation, in addition to the joining of Azerbaijan Charkhe Nilofari Institute of Higher Education to the international accreditation process for the degrees and certificates issued by the universities by CINVU, a tripartite cooperation agreement will be concluded between Caucasus University Association under the executive chairmanship of this institution, CINVU, and D8 International University.

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
