To expand scientific, educational, and research cooperation, the University of Kurdistan of Iran joined the big family of the CINVU International Organization by accepting the membership document of this international scientific and academic network.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, The University of Kurdistan with nearly five decades of history has faculties of language and literature, basic sciences, art and architecture, engineering, agriculture, humanities and social sciences, natural resources, industry and mining, and engineering and basic sciences, laboratories, libraries, specialized and scientific centers, and associations.

This university is among the top youngest universities according to world universities evaluation systems such as Times, Greenmetrics, Webometrics, Shanghai, and ISC, which evaluate and rank top universities every year based on reliable scientific metrics,

According to this report, the University of Kurdistan, as one of the focal points of the activities of the CINVU International Organization in the West Asia Zone, will be responsible for the mission of strengthening scientific, educational and research cooperation.

It is worth mentioning, CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to - COMSTECH - the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural, and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
