  • 2024/12/14

The Fourth General Assembly of CINVU will be held with over 200 International and Iranian guests, particularly elites, scholars, deans, and representatives of universities and educational institutions, along with ambassadors and high-ranking representatives from Islamic countries. This event in-person and virtually/online on February Fourth and Fifth, 2025, provides a unique opportunity for key discussions about the future of education in the Islamic World.

According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, An exhibition showcasing the latest knowledge-based achievements of Islamic countries and the official unveiling of CINVU PLUS as the first academic super application in the Islamic world are among the special programs of the Fourth General Assembly of CINVU.

The CINVU secretariat has announced that discussions regarding the establishment of the first smart international university, as well as reviewing and approving the comprehensive evaluation and quality accreditation process for education and research in universities of Islamic countries, will be outcomes of this event. Additionally, reviewing and approving the biennial program and budget, along with elections for the executive committee of CINVU, are also on the agenda.

According to this report, the proposal and readiness expressed by the board of directors of PNU to host this university's unified Fourth General Assembly of CINVU led the Secretary-General of CINVU to agree to the proposal for unified hosting by PNU due to alignment in approaches and programs, as well as the history of PNU hosting the first and second general assemblies of CINVU. Previously, several Iranian universities, including the University of Tehran, had expressed readiness to host the Fourth General Assembly of CINVU; however, due to the integration in holding public and expert sessions with exhibitions of knowledge-based achievements, hosting this event was assigned to PNU.

CINVU currently with over 190 members from universities, higher education institutions, educational and research organizations, and knowledge-based companies aims to expand education, research, and technology to empower the Islamic world, especially in underserved areas, by creating the academic super application CINVU PLUS, leveraging the power of smart technology and online education. This network has also initiated the standardization and improvement of educational quality across 57 Islamic countries by implementing mechanisms for evaluating and accrediting educational services and faculty.

At the conclusion of this event, it is anticipated that positive outcomes will be achieved in empowering the Islamic world, especially in terms of educational and research collaborations, which could bring about significant transformations in the future of Islamic countries.

The Fourth General Assembly of CINVU will be held with over 200 International and Iranian guests, particularly elites, scholars, deans, and representatives of universities and educational institutions, along with ambassadors and high-ranking representatives from Islamic countries.
