The CINVU Plus super-application was inaugurated during the opening ceremony of the Fourth General Assembly of CINVU with the participation of presidents and representatives of universities and higher education institutions of Islamic countries, along with ambassadors and political elites.

According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, this platform is the world's first shared educational, research, and knowledge-based platform that provides a secure environment for education and assessment, offering an opportunity to deepen and expand connections between universities and educational, research, and knowledge-based institutions.

All academic, educational, and knowledge-based members of CINVU have dedicated pages on this super-application where they can introduce their educational content, skills, and knowledge-based achievements.

Features of the CINVU Plus super-application include tools such as Learning Management System (LMS), image and video sharing, one-on-one and group conversations, certification and document verification, international payment systems, and more.

This super-application is also considered the first strategic achievement of CINVU, brought to fruition by the Islamic Strategic Management Institute, one of the oldest members of this network, from concept and design to implementation, support, and development.

It is worth mentioning that the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
