Announcement of Comprehensive Educational Programs of the CINVU Language Training Center

Coinciding with the launch of the English, Spanish, and Persian language teaching departments of the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities, the Head of the CINVU Language Training Center outlined the comprehensive educational programs of this network, which have been implemented to empower and enhance the skills of students and language learners from Islamic countries and to support underprivileged regions of the Islamic world.
According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, Dr. Elham Garami, Head of the CINVU Language Training Center, stated that second language education in universities is one of the prerequisites for empowering students to benefit from the latest global educational and research advancements and added: The Persian, English, Spanish, and French language departments of the CINVU Language Training Center have commenced their operations, and the establishment of Arabic, Urdu, and Chinese language departments is also planned for the future of this network.
She went on to highlight the scope of these departments, emphasizing their collaboration with member universities of CINVU, and added: The CINVU Language Training Center has already initiated partnerships with numerous universities, including those in Iraq, Türkiye, Uganda, and Iran.
Dr. Garami continued: Offering online, offline, and intelligent classes via the CINVU Plus academic super-application, along with the issuance of international CINVU certification, are among the infrastructural advantages of CINVU’s comprehensive educational program compared to similar programs.
She further detailed the structure of CINVU Language Training Center’s departments, announcing the inauguration of the Spanish Language Department, and stated: The educational programs of this department, conducted by instructors, most of whom are either native speakers or bilingual professionals from Spanish-speaking countries, cover levels ranging from beginner to advanced. With just 10 highly efficient sessions, the programs aim to empower language learners and students.
Dr. Garami added: The English Language Department has also implemented a comprehensive academic English program aimed at enhancing academic language skills, promoting research capabilities, reading scientific articles, and better preparing students for graduation and international exams such as TOEFL and IELTS.
The Director of the CINVU Language Training Center continued: To assess the capabilities of students and language learners, an all-encompassing online four-skill test has been devised, accompanied by the issuance of international CINVU certificates. Among the other programs of the department are specialized courses for training IELTS instructors and teaching business English.
Dr. Garami, emphasizing that the educational program of the CINVU Persian Language Department employs modern teaching methods by combining online and offline instruction with professors, said: One of the outcomes of this comprehensive educational program is the shortened timeline for skill acquisition, accelerating learning and empowering students and language learners.
She added: Currently, the Persian proficiency test, named PARS, is conducted in CINVU member universities across 57 Islamic countries. This test is accompanied by both an international CINVU certificate and Persian proficiency certification.
Dr. Garami expressed: The CINVU Language Training Center is currently collaborating with several expert groups in the field of education, including test design teams and educational content development teams. These collaborations aim to ensure validity, reliability, and the enhancement of teaching quality, as well as the assessment of professors and the progress of students.
The Director of the CINVU Language Training Center concluded by emphasizing: Within the structure of all language education departments of this center, technical educational processes and quality assessments of all languages are conducted using the most up-to-date metrics and standards.
