Agreement with Oman’s College of Sharia Sciences, Joined by Dr. Mohaghegh Damad, to Establish a Joint Chair in Humanities and Islamic Sciences; The International Platform Acalearn in the Service of Promoting the Humanities

In a meeting between Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Strategic-Executive Advisor to the Virtual Universities Network of the Islamic World (CINVU) and President of the ISMI Institute, and the distinguished Professor of Law and Philosophy at Shahid Beheshti University, Ayatollah Dr. Seyyed Mostafa Mohaghegh Damad, executive steps were taken toward a strategic international cooperation.
According to the CINVU Public Relations, the operational axes for launching a "Joint Chair for the Promotion of Humanities and Islamic Sciences" with the College of Sharia Sciences in Oman were discussed in this meeting. This chair, as a cross-border scientific hub, will undertake the mission of the contemporary rereading of Islamic-humanities sciences and presenting it across the universities of the Islamic world.
Additionally, to leverage the capacities of artificial intelligence and modern education, the official and scholarly reference page of Dr. Mohaghegh Damad will be launched on the international super-application "Acalearn". This initiative provides structured and direct access for researchers from 57 Islamic countries to his intellectual and educational system.
Furthermore, a virtual meeting between the President of Oman's College of Sharia Sciences, Dr. Rashid Al-Harthi, and Professor Mohaghegh Damad was planned to hold the first joint chair in the coming month.
Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by Shahid Beheshti University of Iran on behalf of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran.
With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
