Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, met with Dr. Pourasghari, Deputy of Science, Culture and Social Affairs, and Dr. Arbabi, Deputy of Management Development and Resources of Iran's Planning and Budget Organization.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, in this event, which was organized by Dr. Nobakht, the head of Iran's Planning and Budget Organization, while introducing the capacities of CINVU and pointing to its strategic role in creating added value in science and technology, Cultural and economic in the national and transnational arena, it was decided to establish the necessary cooperation between the two groups to regulate and determine resources.

Accordingly, the role of Payame Noor University as a leading university in the virtual field and an important member of CINVU was mentioned and it was decided to provide the necessary facilities for effective national and international actions of this university in matters related to this university, program, and budget organization should be considered.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
