To spread media awareness about the educational and research cooperation of the Islamic world, an MoC was accepted by the CINVU and the Iranpress International News Agency.

According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, Providing communication and executive capacities in line with educational, research, and media cooperation and synergy is one of the propositions of this bilateral cooperation memorandum which has been signed by Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, the CINVU's Secretary General, and Mr. Abbas Mohammadnejad, the Iranpress International News Agency's CEO.

According to this report, the Iranpress International News Agency is publishing live news and images from Iran and the world in the Universe area using a 24-hour satellite feed, website, and social networks. In addition to various support groups and the preparation of live images produced and received, the Iranpress has an organized editorial staff of experienced and capable reporters and editors.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
