To expand international educational cooperation and evaluate English language skills, an MoC was accepted by the CINVU International Organization and the Irsafam Institute.

According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, The Irsafam Institute is an international test and skill assessment center that has organized IELTS international tests with the best quality in the cities of Iran on behalf of the IDP Education of Australia. This institution has been able to receive various international awards for five consecutive years, including the award of the best center in terms of quality, growth rate, management, and customer service for holding IELTS exams.

Cooperation in the teaching and assessment of the English language and the creation and delivery of online and offline skill training courses in the direction of empowering the countries of the Islamic world are among the propositions accepted in bilateral cooperation.

It is worth mentioning, that the CINVU International Organization is one of the Networks affiliated with - COMSTECH - the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural, and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
