Concluding a memorandum of cooperation between the three networks of COMSTECH

In order to strengthen scientific, academic and technological cooperation in Islamic countries, a memorandum of understanding was signed between CINVU, INN and INSTP.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, in this event, which was attended by Prof. Muhammad Iqbal Choudhary, Secretary General of COMSTECH, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, Dr. Alireza Khavandi, President of INN, Dr. Ali Basti, Secretary General of INSTP, Dr. Zahed Majid, Vice Chancellor of Allameh Iqbal University of Pakistan and Chairman of the Executive Committee of CINVU, Representative of the Deputy Minister of International Affairs, Representative of the Scientific and Industrial Research Organization of Iran were held, participation in increasing scientific, educational, research, technology and executive cooperation was agreed between the three international networks affiliated to COMSTECH.

Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, at the beginning of the event, referring to the scientific activities of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, said: This meeting is organized to enhance scientific and international activities and the Islamic Republic of Iran is proud to To host.

He stressed: "This organization has established 13 networks in the world with the aim of developing the scientific infrastructure of Islamic countries, and CINVU is the most important member of this family."
Dr. Najafi Barzegar added: "In this event, a memorandum of cooperation will be signed between the three networks in order to synergize university centers for the growth of the Islamic world and the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Lead among Islamic countries.

He continued: "Our vision is to strengthen the Islamic world so that by exploiting the intelligent capacity of the Islamic world, we can somehow have a special share in the formation of a new Islamic civilization and show COMSTECH that these three scientific networks of the Islamic world effectively carry out their activities." 

In the end, Dr. Najafi Barzegar said: "Commercialization of knowledge, constructive interaction of science and technology, exchange of students, professors, disciplines, technology and knowledge and strengthening relations between Islamic and non-Islamic countries are among the main axes of this memorandum."

Following the event, Prof. Muhammad Iqbal Choudhary, Secretary General of COMSTECH and Representative of the President of Allameh Iqbal University of Pakistan, said in a virtual speech appreciating the event: And the spirituality of the Ministry of Education of Iran to continue these activities.

He went on to mention that scientific cooperation can lead to unity among the 57 member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, adding: "We hope that networks based in Iran will assist in providing scientific and technological assistance to Comcast member countries, especially low-income countries."

Dr. Khavandi, Secretary General of INN, also stated in the continuation of this event: "This memorandum is in line with the synergies that these three networks can have with each other and we hope that we can create a good effect with each other's help."

He added: "These activities will show the strong presence of Iran in the fields of science and technology, nanotechnology, education and academia and other fields in the Islamic world, and we hope that this cooperation will continue."

Dr. Ali Basti, Secretary General of INSTP, also stated in the continuation of this event: "These three networks are of strategic importance in the Islamic world, which makes us try to create double motivation, use young forces and proper planning." Achieve our desired goal.

It is worth mentioning that the purpose of concluding this Memorandum of Understanding is to exchange information on the capacities of the OIC member countries in the field of activity of these three networks, strengthen the relationship with the OIC Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation, hold training courses, workshops, projects, conferences and international exhibitions. The common denominator is strengthening ties with domestic and international governing institutions using the capacity of the three networks, establishing a joint executive committee, transferring the databases of the members of the three networks to each other, and commercializing knowledge and knowledge-based products.

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.

In order to strengthen scientific, academic and technological cooperation in Islamic countries, a memorandum of understanding was signed between CINVU, INN and INSTP.
