In order to use the capacities in various scientific, educational and research fields, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between CINVU and the Farabi campus of University of Tehran.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, said at the event: "This memorandum was concluded between CINVU and the Farabi campus of University of Tehran in order to benefit from the international capacity in attracting students, transferring knowledge, technology and experiences, and its most important achievement is strengthening scientific and research, developing scientific exchanges and regional studies."

The Secretary General of CINVU mentioned the growth of Iranian scientific and technological diplomacy as another achievement of the interaction between the academic world of the Islamic world and added: "This scientific and cultural interaction will lead to the strengthening of unity and the realization of educational justice in Islamic countries."

Dr. Mohammad Mohammad Rezaei, President of the Farabi Campus of University of Tehran, also stated at the event: "One of the goals of University of Tehran campus is to work internationally, and joining CINVU paves the way for achieving the goal of the Farabi campus of University of Tehran."

Dr. Mohammad Rezaei described the most important achievement of this memorandum of attraction for undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and even postdoctoral students for university professors and said: "The university accepts students in the fields of theology, law, engineering and management by joining this virtual university."

He referred to the university's activities in publishing the first international journal in the field of management in Arabic and said: "This scientific interaction will create a suitable platform for gaining scientific experiences of professors of Islamic world universities to achieve the internationalization of 12 scientific and research journals of Farabi University, University of Tehran."

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
