During a ceremony attended by Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, and Dr. Gholamreza Bakhshi Khaniki, President of Payame Noor University of Tehran, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with Payame Noor University.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, in this event, a memorandum of understanding was signed to attract students in MBA and DBA fields and provide a joint degree in one-year training courses, and it was decided to hold courses and workshops virtually, Valid international certificates and the presentation of the necessary content of the courses in proportion to the capacities should be done with the focus on CINVU.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
