In order to spread the culture of cooperative in the development of science and technology in Islamic countries, an MoU for cooperative, education and entrepreneurship was concluded between the Ministry of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare of the Islamic Republic of Iran and CINVU.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, the establishment of the international cooperative committee of Islamic universities and the transfer of knowledge and skill training in order to empower underserved areas, one of the highlights of this memorandum is joint cooperation that has been signed by Mehdi Maskani, Deputy of Cooperative Affairs of MCLSW and Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU.

Based on these collaborations, planning, policymaking, research and support of new, practical and knowledge-based ideas in the field of cooperative culture and national and international platform and opportunity creation in order to create economic growth, especially sustainable entrepreneurship, will be on the agenda of the two organization that with the model of expanding knowledge, technology, commercialization of the achievements of knowledge-based cooperatives and helping to reach the market of Islamic countries will be followed. The fundamental approach of this memorandum is also based on educational awareness and dissemination of cooperative culture by using experienced professors and elites and setting examples from top cooperatives.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
