Congratulatory Message from the Secretary General of CINVU to the Newly Appointed Director General of the Center for International Scientific Cooperation of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT)

The Secretary General of CINVU congratulated the newly appointed Director General of International Cooperation at the MSRT.
According to the Public Relations Office, Dr. Seyed Mahmoudreza Aghamiri, Secretary General of the CINVU, sent a message congratulating Dr. Ehsan Ghaboul on his appointment as the Head of the Center for International Scientific Cooperation of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
In this message, reference was made to the international capacity of the CINVU across 57 Islamic countries to strengthen scientific and international cooperation with the support of the Center. Dr. Aghamiri also wished him success in his new position.
Dr. Ehsan Ghaboul has been appointed to this position by a decree issued by the Minister of Science, Research and Technology, in recognition of his academic background, managerial experience, and valuable expertise in the fields of scientific cooperation, internationalization of higher education, and university-level interactions at both national and international levels.
Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by Shahid Beheshti University of Iran on behalf of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran.
With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
