The Deputy of CINVU announced at the end of the third general assembly of this international scientific and academic organization: Utilizing the website of online sales of science and technology-based products, supporting technology transfer and applied research, and exporting products are among the new programs of CINVU which will soon be implemented with the aim of empowering the disadvantaged areas of Islamic countries.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Deputy of Strategic Affairs and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of CINVU, while appreciating the performance of Allameh Iqbal University of Pakistan for the worthy hosting of this international event, referring to the design and planning for the transition of CINVU from the phase of strengthening infrastructure to the phase of developing services and strengthening cooperation, said: Implement the Comprehensive Code of Cooperation of CINVU Members, which is based on the approach of purposeful development of international cooperation it will connect, provide infrastructure and support scientific and technological initiatives, and will achieve the realization of educational justice and empowerment of the less privileged parts of the Islamic world through the transfer of knowledge and technology.

He also explained the actions of the Secretariat of CINVU in order to provide the infrastructure for the implementation of this bylaw: Currently, the new online education system, the International Document Credit Inquiry System, the portal for foreign exchange financial exchanges, the establishment of facilitative processes and the establishment of international legal protections are among the strategic advantages of this organization after compiling a comprehensive regulation of cooperation, services such as the transfer of knowledge-based technologies, protection of intellectual property rights of science and technology, online sales website of science and technology-based products, support for applied research, export of products, etc. to universities and scientific and educational institutions The Islamic world will be presented.

Dr. Karimi Morid, stating that the infrastructure of the bylaws of CINVU has been provided, emphasized: CINVU Secretariat is ready to fully implement this regulation by 6 months after its approval and to use its capacities in order to develop intelligent communication between members.

He said that the strong presence of universities and scientific and educational institutions, members of CINVU, in this international event has strengthened and increased the level of cooperation and said: We intend to track the future scientific developments of the Islamic world by activating the specialized committees of education, research, culture, society, media and startups of the High Strategic Council of the Network.

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
