The Secretary General and the Deputy of the CINVU International Organization Emphasized the Approach of Creating Cooperation and Synergy Based on Knowledge and Technology in the Countries of the Islamic World in the "Scientific Diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Towards the Islamic World" Webinar.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, the CINVU International Organization Secretary General, in this webinar, which was organized by the Iranian Diplomacy Association of the International Relations Faculty of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stated that we believe that the expansion of cultural communication will lead to the organization of relations between countries and expressed: Replacing intelligent education based on information technology instead of traditional educational methods has provided a great opportunity to expand scientific diplomacy among Islamic countries.

Referring to the strategic position and effectiveness of CINVU as the only academic network of the scientific and technological committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, he added: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation is considered the largest intergovernmental organization in the world after the United Nations, which is the reason why CINVU is based on a networking approach, with more than 150 members from universities, higher education institutions, educational institutions, skill and applied institutions, think tanks and research institutes and knowledge-based companies, communications and to organize significant capacities in connection with elites, thinkers, professors and students.

In the end, Dr. Najafi Barzegar thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for hosting the CINVU International Organization, and reminded once again: International communication between elites and scientists, due to the formation of scientific and academic discourse, neutralizes the political deadlocks of the countries of the Islamic world, therefore, it is necessary to take steps in the direction of strengthening this constructive approach.

Also during a speech in the continuation of this event, Dr. Ali Karimi Morid the Strategic and Executive Deputy and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of the CINVU International Organization, stated that scientific diplomacy is one of the new forms of diplomacy, which uses scientific and technological capacities to achieve the foreign policy goals of governments, is one of its functions, expressed: CINVU's network structure has a prominent role in strategic scientific and technological communication, which has enabled countries to implement cooperation using its capacities.

He went on to repeat the idea that joint educational, research and technological projects among countries are recognized as one of the most important features of dynamic scientific diplomacy in the world, adding: Based on the fundamental approach of the CINVU International Organization, technology is considered the most important driving platform for this network, and the creation of synergy based on knowledge and technology in the countries of the Islamic world is one of its results.

Dr. Karimi Morid considered power as a distinctive feature of Islamic civilization and said: The Islamic world has long been a dynamic center of knowledge, which has caused Islam to be introduced to the world by scientists called knowledge-based Muslims, therefore, in the current era, it is more necessary to use the structure of network cooperation, of which CINVU is also considered an obvious achievement, to introduce the new Islamic culture and civilization to the world.

At the end of this webinar, the CINVU International Organization Deputy, referring to the content of the upstream documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran, reminded: In the vision document and the comprehensive scientific map of Iran, it is emphasized on the expansion of communication with international organizations to advance scientific diplomacy, and the CINVU International Organization is considered a very good platform for implementing this approach.
