Academic cooperation for the expansion of Islamic Studies Chairs in East Asia was accepted in the meeting of the CINVU International Organization Secretary General and the University of Islamic Denominations President.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, In this meeting, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, the CINVU International Organization Secretary General, pointed out the strategic position and effectiveness of the CINVU International Organization as the only academic network of the Scientific and Technological Committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, said: Based on the networking approach, the CINVU International Organization has organized very good connections and capacities in connection with elites, thinkers, professors, and students.

Stating that we believe that the expansion of cultural communication will lead to the organization of relations between countries, he added: The expansion of Islamic Studies chairs in the continent of Asia in cooperation with the CINVU International Organization and the University of Islamic Denominations is one of the special tasks that can bring the field of peaceful coexistence and increase awareness of the Islamic Religion.

In this meeting, Dr. Seyed Abbas Salehi, the University of Islamic Denominations President, emphasized the necessity of expanding the cooperation of this university with the CINVU International Organization: We are ready to cooperate to establish East Asian Islamic Studies chairs, especially in Japan.

According to this report, the University of Islamic Denominations, which is one of the scientific pillars of the World Forum for the Approximation of Islamic Religions, has three faculties of jurisprudence and law of Islamic religions, the Faculty of Quranic and Hadith Sciences, and the Faculty of Theology, Philosophy, and Religions, and is an academic member of the CINVU International Organization.

It is worth mentioning, the CINVU International Organization is one of the Networks affiliated to - COMSTECH - the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural, and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
