In line with expanding international educational, research, and knowledge-based collaborations, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad has joined the large international academic network of CINVU by officially accepting its membership document.

According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, with over seven decades of activism, is recognized as one of the top universities in Iran based on global academic evaluation platforms.

As the largest university in eastern Iran, Ferdowsi University comprises faculties such as Literature and Humanities, Theology and Islamic Studies, Law and Political Science, Sports Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Administrative and Economic Sciences, Educational Sciences and Psychology, Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, Engineering, and Architecture and Urban Planning.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
