With the gathering of a group of elites and academicians at the first coordination meeting of the CEAQUALES working groups, a new window was opened to harmonize the educational structures of Islamic countries.

 

According to the CINVU Public Relations Report, the clarification regarding the mechanisms, benchmarks, and objectives stemming from the outcomes of the first coordination meeting of the CEAQUALES working groups, specifically for Iranian volunteers joining the groups, was provided. The CINVU Evaluation and Accreditation of Quality in Education Services, known as CEAQUALES, is one of the innovative educational programs of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the outcome of which will be the standardization of education and the assessment of various fields of knowledge across universities and educational institutions in 57 Islamic countries.

 

Dr. Ahmad Pourghasem, Secretary of CINVU’s Education and Research Committee, said at this event: The role of the standardization institute is to organize the method and manner of teaching and assessment, and the entity responsible for carrying out teaching and assessment is entrusted with these standards; hence, CINVU’s fundamental approach in the CEAQUALES mechanism is educational standardization, and its operational implementation will be carried out with universities, institutes, and competent educational centers in executing these benchmarks.

 

Based on this report, the holding of the second coordination meeting of the CEAQUALES working groups, specifically for international volunteers joining the groups, has been scheduled for next month.

 

The CINVU Evaluation and Accreditation of Quality in Education Services, known as CEAQUALES, with the participation of senior representatives from more than one hundred of the top universities in Islamic countries, has begun its dynamism in the field of standardizing educational quality and in evaluation and accreditation. In this international process, the capabilities of elites, professors, and alumni from CINVU member universities, research centers, and institutions have been harnessed in collaboration with the scholarly working groups of CEAQUALES.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
