In Line with Expand Scientific, Educational, Health and Medical Cooperation, the North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences by Accepting the Membership Certificate of CINVU and Concluding an MoU Joined the Big Family of this International Scientific and Academic Organization.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, in this event, referring to the capabilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of medical sciences, emphasized the necessity of using these university capacities in line with the national and international commercialization of science and knowledge and the expansion of scientific diplomacy.

Dr. Javad Shahinfar, Head of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, also described the strategy of this university to use international attachments and utilize all capacities in order to strengthen scientific health diplomacy and he considered the joining of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences to CINVU as one of its capacities which will make use of the scientific achievements of other countries and share national scientific progress with the countries of the Islamic world.

The North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences is one of the leading health and medical universities in Iran which has a Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health, Faculty of Paramedicine, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Dentistry and several research centers, hospitals, clinics and health centers.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
