International communication and academic capacities of CINVU are provided to the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to develop Judicial Diplomacy.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, in a meeting with the CEO of the Iran's Electronic Judicial Services Center, referring to the extensive capacities of this international organization in creating a scientific and communication platform and establishing coordination and cooperation with the countries of the Islamic world, said: CINVU, as one of the scientific and technological pillars of the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, has valuable experiences and connections in the field of international activities and interactions which can provide the required academic capacities, especially in the field of judicial knowledge exchange with Islamic countries, to the center of judicial electronic service offices.

While recounting his experiences of international activities and communications during his tenure as the International Deputy of the ICRO and Cultural Consultancy of the IRI, referring to the legal and legal problems of Iranians abroad, he added: Providing Intelligent Judicial Services in the context of information technology will be very effective in strengthening two-way communication with Iranian elite compatriots.

In this event, Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Deputy of Strategic and Executive Affairs and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of CINVU, stated that the creation of international infrastructure is a prerequisite for the development of communication with countries and nations: Scientific and technological centers and knowledge-based companies, members of CINVU, are ready to cooperate with the judiciary in order to help create infrastructure.

Hassan Rouhaninia, the CEO of Iran's Electronic Judicial Services Center, also stated in this event, referring to the order of the head of the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to strengthen and develop Judicial Diplomacy with Islamic countries and Iran's neighbors: In line with the expansion of electronic justice, the establishment of Judicial Electronic Service Offices in order to provide competent services to Iranians abroad is one of the strategic actions of the judiciary in the international arena.

He said that Iran's Electronic Judicial Services Offices are the front of the Iran's Judicial System and added: The experience of the operation of 1200 judicial electronic service offices throughout Iran has shown that the provision of intelligent judicial services using the capacity and credit of the private sector and governance supervision will speed up the process of judicial proceedings and facilitate people's access to justice and transparency.

The CEO of the Iran's Electronic Judicial Services Center also pointed out that the reorganization and targeted use of existing tools will facilitate and organize the activities: It is estimated that 6 to 10 million Iranians live abroad whose judicial needs require attention, so we are trying to establish judicial electronic service offices in the first phase, by using communication cooperation and relying on the capacities of the people and the private sector to launch in countries where the service delivery platform is available.

In the end, he expressed his hope by announcing his readiness to exchange judicial knowledge and technology with the Judicial System of other countries: In order to take advantage of the experiences and connections of CINVU in international affairs, in the coming weeks, a four-way memorandum will be concluded between the International Deputy of the Judiciary, the Center for Statistics and Information Technology of the Judiciary, the Iran's Electronic Judicial Services Center and CINVU.
