In order to exchange knowledge, provide academic and skills training and strengthen educational cooperation in the smart context of information technology, the Memorandum of Understanding on Educational Cooperation was concluded at the same time as the special membership of the Roodehen Branch of Iran Islamic Azad University in CINVU.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, during the conclusion of this Memorandum of Understanding, while introducing the capacities and achievements of CINVU, stressed the need to further strengthen bilateral relations and scientific and technological exchanges in order to implement the goals and missions of CINVU in achieving educational justice and providing skills-based training.

Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Deputy of Strategic Affairs and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of CINVU, while introducing the extensive capacities of this scientific and academic organization, existence of strategic relations with reputable international scientific and academic centers and also providing excellent services to members such as the new online education system, international document credit inquiry system, foreign exchange financial exchange portal, facilitating processes and establishing international legal protections, described as one of the strategic advantages of CINVU, which will be provided to the Rudehen branch of Iran Islamic Azad University.

Dr. Farideh Dokanehayfard, Head of the Roodehen Branch of the Iran Islamic Azad University, also introduced the educational capacities and capabilities of this university, called for joint cooperation in order to attract foreign students and exchange scientific knowledge with universities and scientific centers that are members of CINVU.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
