The CINVU Supreme Strategic Council Research Committee

The CINVU International Organization Supreme Strategic Council Research Committee, Organized by International Professors and Managers of Universities and Higher Education Institutions in Islamic Countries, is the Arm of this Scientific Network in the Advisory and Synergistic Role of the Research Field.

This Specialized Committee is Led by Internationally Renowned Professors, each of Whom has a Distinguished Background in Functional and Expert Positions. Meanwhile, with the Addition of New Professors from Other Universities, the Scope of this Committee's Activities will Increase in the Future.

The CINVU Research Committee Mission

In Relation to the Mission and Functions of the Research Committee of the Supreme Strategic Council of CINVU, the By-Law of the Comprehensive Cooperation of the CINVU Members has Referred to Propositions in the Research Cooperation Section that All of them are Within the Executive or Supervisory Powers of this Committee:

Introduction:

Research collaborations are possible in different formats between members, which will be mentioned separately according to the type of collaboration;
The main goal of this cooperation is to identify the capacities of the members, synergize and carry out joint research projects in a virtual and combined manner so that the level of research activities in all dimensions has increased significantly and be effective in realizing justice in the field of research and development in an intelligent manner in the Islamic world.

A) Treatises, Theses & Articles:

1. The member institutions can benefit from scientific, research and educational facilities with the participation of each other that among them, defining and carrying out dissertations and joint articles with problem.oriented approaches, responding to operational needs in various fields of science, especially laying the groundwork for the advancement of technology in Islamic countries.
2. The desired titles in the field of research collaborations are uploaded by the member institutions in the comprehensive system of CINVU in the relevant section so that the applicants, knowing the capacities of other centers, can carry out the dissertation work in other member institutions in the form of to hold jointly.
3. The acquired rights resulting from doing joint work in the form of quantity and quality presented in theses and treatise are reserved for the trustees and institutions that are not able to carry out some research topics in this field can use the capacity of other institutions by announcing institutions in the CINVU comprehensive system, applicants including professors, researchers, students and faculty members can benefit from this capacity.
4. The CINVU research committee defines the working procedure and the exclusive or common right of member institutions active in this field with the cooperation of institutions that the acquired right can be presented and approved as a gift, or it can be granted within the framework of the balance of incentive points and rank promotion.
5. All executive affairs related to research collaborations are carried out in coordination with the research committee and the permanent secretariat of CINVU that the quality of contracts and the way of spiritual and financial contributions will be defined for each project.
6. The description of the duties of CINVU research committee is as follows:
6.1. Evaluation of the current state of research, especially in virtual form in the Islamic world, and studies regarding achieving the desired state of this field;
6.2. Examining, analyzing and diagnosing the processes of doing work and making suggestions in order to improve the efficiency of research and achieve the desired state of research in the Islamic world;
6.3. Preparing and compiling policies, suitable strategies and practical methods in order to improve the performance and increase the quality of projects and researches;
6.4. Identifying countries and universities that benefit less from research and its achievements and helping to strengthen them;
6.5. Examining and suggesting completion and modification of operating instructions, technical specifications, criteria and standards used in the field of research;
6.6. Determining the priority and defining the titles of research projects and commenting on ways to use new technologies in the study and implementation of projects and announcing the points of view for future research;
6.7. Giving priority to innovation in the theoretical field and applied and strategic research needed by CINVU and the Islamic world;
8.6. Developing, strengthening and directing approved research projects with priority of targeted applied research based on vision documents, development programs and comprehensive scientific maps of countries;
6.9. Large.scale coordination in holding scientific seminars and conferences, review seats and the implementation of all matters of research and service contracts and related memorandums of understanding between virtual universities of Islamic countries and other networks, as well as management of study opportunities for CINVU elites;
6.10. Supporting the supply and production of digital content in the digital library system of member institutions along with the creation of a comprehensive database of top research professors, research activities, ongoing and completed projects in the fields of Quranic knowledge, medicine Islamic and traditional, medicine, natural energy and other priority needs of the Islamic world;
6.11. Effort to form and support scientific associations, entrepreneurship and elites of professors and students and establishment of desirable interdisciplinary applied courses in member institutions;
6.12. Designing a comprehensive system for the influence of academic faculty members of virtual universities in the production of science and printing and management of publications of scientific journals, scientific productions, (scientific, research and promotional articles, national and international conferences, authorship) and poetry, book reviews, scientific, cultural, artistic festivals in digital form, etc).
7. The members use the scientific and professional potentials of the professors with international ID for scientific and research matters, which related instruments are defined.
8. Organizing articles and theses and directing the production of value in Islamic societies will be among the priorities of members' cooperation in the field of research.
9. Privilege system, research support and intellectual property rights will be provided through CINVU research committee and with the participation of members.
10. Ranking of articles, printing, credit and other issues related to this field, through the created reliable citation databases such as SCImago, Publons, ISC, QS, Shanghai, Times, Leiden and CINVU's own articles database will be possible according to the communicated instructions, and the member institutions will approve all the articles published in this field.

B) Knowledge Based & Mission Oriented Projects:

1. The participation of members in formulating and presenting knowledge.based and mission.oriented projects as one of the most central areas of interaction and synergistic capacity of members, which plays a significant role in realizing the justice of science and technology in the Islamic world it will be possible through the CINVU research committee, according to the standards defined in the comprehensive system.
2. Knowledge.based plans are plans that it has a decisive role in the gross production in Islamic countries, creating scientific and technological competition, stable employment, increasing wealth, developing industry and other requirements for the growth of knowledge in the Islamic world and its mission orientation will also be visible quantitatively in annual, three.year, seven.year and ten.year plans.
3. The member institutions, in cooperation with each other, especially the research committee, put on the agenda from formulation to support in the implementation of projects and at least in each country that has an active member in CINVU, 5 mega projects per year according to needs assessment and prioritization. They should do that based on the type of specialized, scientific and executive trends, the required validation and its effectiveness are included in various activities, and as the case may be, the necessary action is taken by determining the real and legal participating groups and setting up cooperation agreements.
4. In the cooperation agreements and determining the credits for these activities, CINVU's share of the credits allocated for this purpose is at an agreed percentage to cover the expenses of related committees and projects.
5. The international credit of CINVU for all the resulting plans and projects is a rich support for moving things forward all relevant institutions and organizations in the countries, they should support their titles and implementation and this credit should be approved by members and countries.

C) Management of Standardization of Contents & Texts & Translation Movement:

1. Basic texts or contents that are used in various fields of humanities, technical engineering, art and medical sciences, through their standardization, they help to promote education and research in Islamic countries for effectiveness and information exchange.
2. Through the comprehensive system of CINVU and the relevant part, the content standardization indicators will be accessible by the research committee in cooperation with the members and the CINVU secretariat.
3. Titles that can be translated to realize the translation movement and unify the method of presenting contents for countries in various statistical sciences and subsequently in the calendar of research activities of publishing members and according to the agreement of the content owners and the translators through an agreement that is drawn up and It is exchanged.
4. To standardize contents and texts and translate them into the main languages of CINVU.
5. Acquired rights for contents will be reserved within legal frameworks.
6. In order to validate and spread the activities related to this field as much as possible, a percentage of the sales of publications, contents and books will be at the disposal of the CINVU Permanent Secretariat to be able to provide the necessary capacity building to carry out long.term and effective work as much as possible, the amount of which will be included in the agreement.
7. Setting up research institutes and virtual research institutes as well as smart research and development centers are among the joint actions of CINVU research committee and member institutions issuing its licenses is the responsibility of the CINVU Research Committee, and the validity of this research institute, research and development centers in all countries and member institutions is definitive.
8. Production of scientific, educational, research, multimedia contents, smart libraries, structuring of research groups and other research requirements, including the outputs of research institutes and research and development centers, which the process of recruiting researchers, professors, students, associate members and faculty members will be developed by them in the next executive frameworks, which will be approved by CINVU and member institutions.
9. Knowledge.based companies that are members of CINVU, as well as knowledge.based companies affiliated with member institutions, the rulings of CINVU institutions apply to them, and maximum utilization of their capacity is on the agenda of the Islamic world.
10. In the processes related to the translation movement, the use of the capacities of translation groups and language training between member institutions will be fully implemented and the ability of each group of institutions is provided to the other group.

D) Holding Webinars & Scientific Conferences & Developing New Technologies:

1. It is possible to design and compile any webinars and international scientific conferences between members through registration in the comprehensive system of CINVU, in the relevant section.
2. The portal created in the system has a participatory and directional approach in all educational, research, cultural, financial and other required areas, and the main implementers of these programs are member institutions and centers.
3. The points of conference articles will be according to the rules of scientific organization, and the international validity of these events is a definite thing that is approved by all member countries and institutions.
4. Creating technology in the field of research has privileges for member institutions, which it will have an impact on the rankings of institutions and special support from CINVU will be provided in their commercialization.
5. Indexing to create new technologies through research and turning them into large and applicable projects in Islamic countries, including important measures in research collaborations and new technologies with an approach to environmental health, energy It is pure and new and based on Islamic sciences and knowledge that is emphasized.
6. The information bank of all the researchers, personalities, articles and theses that are highly cited and useful will be prepared by the member institutions in cooperation with the CINVU research committee and will be uploaded in the comprehensive system, so that all applicants can benefit from their information capacity.
7. All other research activities and cooperation with other COMSTECH networks will be defined and implemented in cooperation with CINVU Research Committee and member institutions.

E) Implementation of Members' Research Collaborations:

1. The Secretary General of CINVU will issue appointments to all the members of the Research Committee of the CINVU Strategic Council and other influential people in this field that heads and research assistants of institutions, influential scientific, executive and legal figures in the Islamic world and other people who can play a role in advancing these matters can be among its main members.
2. Financial discussions and payments of committee members and executive directors will be possible within CINVU frameworks.
3. Other duties of the said committee will be implemented gradually with the cooperation of the members.
4. It is possible to complete all the processes related to research cooperation according to the presented titles within 6 months from the date of approval of the regulations in the CINVU comprehensive system with the cooperation of all members that the permanent secretariat and CINVU committees, in case of cooperation of all members, undertake to carry out processes and provide related infrastructures with the cooperation of knowledge.based institutions and companies of their mutual understanding.
5. Secretaries and members of some committees whose appointments were previously issued by the Secretary General of CINVU, their activities will be valid according to the announced appointments, as long as the Secretary General has not given them a new notification.
