It is hereby notified to the esteemed members of CINVU that, as previously announced in official notices and correspondences, this network, due to the broad scope of its communications and activities, cooperates only with legal entities. The decrees issued for executive representatives of academic members, educational and research institutions, knowledge-based companies, and other legal entities are valid based on the legal personality of those entities and within the framework of the membership form, memorandum of understanding, statute, and other official upstream documents, and do not represent employment or contractual relations.

Therefore, any claim beyond this framework is invalid, and it is kindly requested that, prior to any cooperation or communication with members, inquiries be made with the Permanent Secretariat of the International Organization CINVU, and reliance be placed only on written permissions that are approved within the specified legal and statutory framework of this network. Cooperation should be carried out with written coordination and supervision in agreements and contracts sealed by this international organization; otherwise, responsibility for any failure to verify or cooperation without written coordination and supervision shall rest with the parties and cooperating individuals, and this international organization shall bear no responsibility.

Also, any use of the name or credibility of this organization without coordination and written authorization will result in removal from the list, termination of cooperation, and reporting to competent authorities. In the event of occurrence and verification of legal and statutory violations, the matter will be pursued with a request for the most severe investigation and punishment by judicial authorities in the host country and at the international level.
