By order of Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, Dr. Mohammad Javad Harati, Deputy Minister of Science, Research and Technology in the Humanities and Head of the Center for Cooperation and Development of Quranic Studies and Higher Education in Iran as a Senior Member of the Science Committee And the teachings of the Holy Quran, the Strategic Council of CINVU was appointed.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Herati, who has valuable experiences in the international arena, the Islamic world and the field of science and knowledge of the Holy Quran, due to the development of scientific and research activities and the benefit of professors, students and researchers in Islamic countries. The strategic capacities of Quranic culture have begun to cooperate with CINVU.

Dr. Mohammad Javad Harati is a graduate of Islamic studies and a member of the faculty with a master's degree. Head of the Institute of Islamic Culture and Education, Head of the Research Institute of Science and Religion, Vice Chancellor of the Faculty of Humanities, Management of the Department of Islamic Education, Secretary of the Scientific Conference in the field of Humanities, Editor, Managing Director and Editorial Member of Scientific Quarterly Technology of the Islamic Council, becoming a university, membership in the Council of Islamic Education Courses of the country's universities, membership in the specialized commission of humanities of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, secretary of the think tank for transformation in the humanities, gaining various ranks of top national and provincial researchers, Melli Maaref, receiving awards in Quranic competitions, writing books, are among his activities.

Accordingly, the formation of the Committee for the Science and Knowledge of the Holy Quran in the High Strategic Council of CINVU, in order to spread the Quranic culture as a common axis of Muslim unity and the realization of the fundamental principle of creating a new Islamic civilization based on the Holy Quran as a book of science and knowledge and knowledge, has been done.
