According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Hujjat al-Islam Moharram Ali Farashi, in order to strengthen Islamic partnerships with specialized unions and academics of the Islamic world and promote the culture of rapprochement between Islamic religions, as a high cultural advisor and Islamic religions rapprochement. Accordingly, the management of the Great Islamic Center of the West of the country and also the advice of the Secretary General of the World Association for the Rapprochement of Islamic Religions are among his responsibilities.

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
