By order of Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, was appointed Mr. Reza Bajolvand, Head of the Instructor Training and Research Center of the Technical and Vocational Organization of Iran, in order to use the capacities and experiences of skill-based training, as a member of the strategic council of this scientific and academic organization of the Islamic world.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, met with Mr. Bajolvand referring to the stipulation of Article 5 of the Articles of Association of CINVU, which supports the holding of specialized workshops and specialized training courses, one of the basic missions of this scientific and academic organization is to empower professors and students of Islamic countries, whose scientific goal setting and the quality of its implementation are examined in the specialized training committee of the Strategic Council of CINVU.

He went on to describe the limitations of the Covid 19 epidemic as an opportunity to take advantage of the potential of e-learning, which can be incorporated into skills-based education, strengthen the ability of students and the growth of development indicators in the Islamic world.

Mr. Bajolvand in this event, referring to the excellent history of cooperation between CINVU and the Instructor Training and Research Center of the Technical and Vocational Organization of Iran, considered the appointment to the Strategic Council of the Virtual Universities of the Islamic World as an opportunity to strengthen this approach and expressed readiness to assist in the development of indicators for the development of skills-based education in the Islamic world.

Instructor Training and Research Center of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of Iran, which has been operating in cooperation with the International Labor Organization and the United Nations Development Program since 1974, it is responsible for providing and training instructors of the centers of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization and other institutions and institutions upon request. This center is known as the largest and most important center for advanced specialized training and skills in the region of West Asia in terms of having advanced hardware and software facilities and efficient and efficient human resources.

It is worth mentioning that at the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Amini, Vice Chancellor of Payame Noor University of Iran, referring to Dr. Najafi Barzegar's valuable experiences in the field of culture and international affairs, especially during the cultural management of Payame Noor University and the International Vice Chancellor for Culture and Communication of the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization of Iran, He called for taking advantage of the views of the Secretary General of CINVU in the Cultural Policy Council of Payame Noor University.
