Chairman of the Conference on Arabic Language and Civilization Interaction: Arabic is the Language of Transferring Heritage from East to West and a Factor in Creating Unity and Convergence

The Second International Conference on Arabic Language and Civilization Interaction, focusing on comparative literature and inter-university cooperation, was organized by Farabi Campus of University of Tehran, which is a member of CINVU.
According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Alireza Mohammad Rezaei, President of the Second International Conference on Arabic Language and Civilization Interaction in this event, emphasized the role and position of the Arabic language in cultural and civilizational dialogue between nations: "Arabic is the language of transferring the heritage of the East to the West and is a factor in creating unity and convergence."
Referring to the prominent role of the Holy Quran in the flourishing of the Arabic language and literature and the creation of historical coexistence between religions, he added: "Just as the soothing umbrella of Islamic teachings in one of the most golden periods of history turned Andalusia into a haven for the interaction of the religions of Islam, Christianity and Judaism, today more than ever we need dialogue, contemplation and peaceful coexistence for civilization."
In the end, Dr. Mohammad Rezaei emphasized: "Undoubtedly, holding such events will lead to the development of scientific relations and the discovery of solutions for the flourishing of the civilization of Islamic countries through consensus and synergy, especially that comparative studies will lead to better knowledge of oneself and others and closeness between nations."
It is worth mentioning that the second International Conference on Arabic Language and Civilization Interaction focusing on comparative literature was held in collaboration with the Universities of Kufa and Karbala at the Farabi Campus of the University of Tehran. In this event, more than 250 articles were submitted from twenty countries of the world, out of which 170 accepted articles, more than 70 articles were presented in Arabic, Persian, English and French in person and online, and at the same time a group of professors from Tehran universities, Tarbiat Modarres, Kufa and Karbala, and Dr. Karim Najafi, Barzegar, Secretary General of the Virtual Universities Network of the Islamic World, also spoke about their scientific views and points of view.
