According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU in this event stating that insulting religions is prohibited in international documents, laws and conventions accepted by the countries of the world, said: the black history of some European countries in insisting on supporting the insult to dear Islam and the Holy Quran, which is done under the code name of freedom of speech, a practical, effective and coordinated action on the part of the Islamic countries against insulting the Holy Quran as the book of the Muslims of the world has made it more necessary than ever, therefore, our duty requires us to carry out the duty of explaining jihad in the international arena.

Referring to the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in condemning the insult to the sacred area of the Holy Quran, he emphasized: the West and all the Zionist agents behind this heinous act have been slapped by Muslims many times, but the setting of deterrent sanctions, including the sanction of scientific and academic communication with them, is one of the missions of international and national organizations of Islamic countries.

Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Deputy of Strategic Executive Affairs and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of CINVU in this event stating that the relevant laws of many countries have criminalized insulting beliefs, but due to the anti-Islamic view, the legal institutions of these governments remain silent against insulting the religion of Islam, said: the world is moving towards transformation and a new worldview, when a scientific group like the Hampshire College of America publishes the results of the research about the scientific miracle of the Holy Quran and they say that 1400 years ago, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) spoke in verse 125 of Surah An'am about the difficulty of ascending to the atmosphere due to the lack of oxygen outside the earth's atmosphere, and in verse 88 of Surah Namal, he spoke about the earth's transitional movement that westerners have realized it in recent centuries, alarm bells ring for arrogance because they don't want people to benefit from this knowledge.

He stated that ignorance is one of the factors of insulting the holy things of Islam and added: the world is thirsty for knowledge, but the current of arrogance tries to spread ignorance, so by combining enmity and ignorance, it gives permission to an ignorant person to burn the Quran so that no one will be informed.

Dr. Karimi Morid stated that the Quran is not only a divine book, but also a scientific and informative book, reiterated: the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and its committees are responsible for the mission of raising awareness about the inner meaning of the Qur'an.

The Deputy of CINVU counted awareness and awareness of human rights that Islam has recommended and referring to the special role of international organizations in raising awareness, added: the need for positive measures in this field is evident, and the implementation of the mission of the Holy Quran in Islamic countries and countries with Muslim populations by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation is one of the things that should be done in this direction.

Karimi Morid also announced the readiness of CINVU to cooperate with other Islamic organizations, by stating that the present age is the age of artificial intelligence and media, continued: in the era of cultural and informational dominance of the media, it is necessary to convince the international and non-governmental organizations of the Islamic world to be structured to introduce the Holy Quran and the Islamic religion, because with collective activity within the framework of a structure, it is possible to implement the missions and cultural foundations of Islam by defining the scientific foundations of justice and peace.

Dr. Nasrollah Ebrahimi, professor of law at Tehran University and legal consultant of CINVU in this meeting stating that defamation is one of the issues that has always been discussed in international law and convention, but the Westerners do not allow these laws to be applied to Islam due to their anti-Islamic view, said: by using the capacities of international law and international lawyers, it is necessary to actively deal with the insult to Islamic sanctities.

He went on to say that Westerners have hidden themselves behind freedom of expression, but freedom is not absolute and human rights must be considered, added: insulting the Holy Quran is insulting the Lord and the holy things of billions of Muslims and causes hatred.

This international lawyer continued: there are enough rules in this matter, but in some points we may need to write regulations.

Dr. Ebrahimi added: recently, a resolution was written on the initiative of Pakistan, which was opposed by Western countries, but it was finally approved by the votes of many countries, therefore, it is necessary for lawyers in Islamic countries and destination countries to act in order to deal with insulting actions based on the internal laws of the countries and international laws.

By stating that international law clearly emphasizes the need to respect religions and communities and avoid hateful actions, reminded: the resolutions of the General Assembly and the top documents of the United Nations have pointed out the responsibility of this organization because insulting religions and holy things causes public feelings and emotions to be hurt.

Dr. Ali Khamis Al-Alawi, the head of the Oman Intellectual Property Association, said in a speech at this meeting: the burning of Quran is supported by global Zionism and these ugly and inappropriate actions have their own goals and the perpetrators want to see the reaction and behavior of Islamic countries and Muslim nations against it.

Stating that these enemies should be answered only with the logic of power, he added: Qur'an is the book of more than two billion Muslims, and there should be a strong and powerful response from Muslims to this anti-religious act.

Al-Alawi emphasized: the unity of the Islamic Ummah is also important in this regard, and I hope that the Islamic Ummah can defend its holy book with the right measures.

Dr. Seyyed Ali Al-Fayaz, a professor at Imam Kazem University (AS) in Baghdad, thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for holding this meeting and said: the Holy Quran was revealed not only to guide mankind; Rather, it is the best heavenly book that was revealed to his best servant, the Prophet (PBUH), and preserved from distortion and change.

She added: in response to the burning of the Quran in Sweden, the people of Pakistan came to the streets and protested against the desecration of the Quran, the perpetrators of such actions are trying to annoy Muslims, while they do not know that the people of the world are more eager to know what the Quran is and this What is the content of what is burned?

This Pakistani professor went on to discuss the position of the Islamic Revolution in the world and said: the Islamic Revolution revived the Quran and Islam, and God willing, Iran will remain steadfast in preserving the Islamic Revolution, the Quran and the Sunnah.

Dr. Mohammad Vahid Binesh, President of Khatam-ul Nabieen University of Afghanistan, also said in this event that respect for holy books and the holy place of prophets has been mentioned many times in the Holy Qur'an: violence is not the way of life, the way of life is the way of seeking peace, and peaceful coexistence requires respect for the beliefs of others.

He went on to explain that insulting is the work of an ignorant person and the government and stated: terrorists operate in the name of freedom and justice, crimes cannot be committed in the name of freedom, and freedom means hearing the words of religions in a peaceful atmosphere, so it is our duty to do our best to make the world safe.
