Joint cooperation of CINVU and Iranian Nursing Organization

During the coordination meeting between CINVU and Iranian Nursing Organization, preparations were made for concluding a memorandum of cooperation in holding joint training courses.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Deputy of Strategic Affairs and Executive and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of CINVU, in this event, Scientific and educational with the Organization of Iranian Nursing Organization in order to establish the international position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of scientific and academic diplomacy with Islamic countries.

Dr. Ali Akbar Malekirad, Director of Education of CINVU, presented a report on the scientific and educational activities of this international academic organization at the event said CINVU Has started a skill-based training to empower students.

Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU described skill-based training as one of the pillars of achieving educational justice and empowering students, and considered the fields of cooperation in holding joint training courses between CINVU and Iranian Nursing Organization.

Mohsen Razani, the educational director of Iranian Nursing Organization, also said in the meeting: Iranian Nursing Organization has about 150 boards in different regions of the country, and these boards can hold specialized trainings throughout the country with the permission of the General Organization.

He continued: Iranian Nursing Organization organizes scientific and practical trainings for nurses and some of these trainings such as nursing, dental assistant, prescription reading, etc. are also held for the general public, some of which can lead to jobs and Become a business.

Razani added: Nurses in Iran are under comprehensive and complete training and acquire the necessary skills and expertise, and it is necessary that these trainings are included in the global and international arena and in the not too distant future to increase the scientific governance of Islamic universities in space virtual lead.

Regarding the migration of nurses, the educational director of Iranian Nursing Organization said: European countries, by considering special privileges for nurses, provide the ground for their recruitment, and it is necessary to create an international research network and repair the escape and migration environment of brains in a planned way, nurses are motivated to serve.

Hamid Torkashvand, Entrepreneurship Manager of Iranian Nursing Organization, said: Iranian Nursing Organization is capable of this due to its capable body in scientific and research fields, as well as having scientific and technical infrastructure for nurses whose selfless services were proven to everyone during the COVID19 crisis, to provide services and training to the Islamic countries, especially Iran's neighbors, in the fields of health care during illness and disease prevention and treatment, in order to develop nursing education in other countries.

Torkashvand continued: These capabilities can be shared with other countries with a large network of nurses across the country, as well as medical universities with the help of CINVU, so that these capacities can be developed in the field of care services, including educational services, health in neighboring countries will be of great help in increasing the national security factor in the field of health and reducing the country's medical expenses.

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
