Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, met with Dr. Pourasghari, Deputy Minister of Science, Culture and Social Affairs, and Dr. Arbabi, Deputy Minister of Management Development and Resources of National Planning and Budget Organization.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, in this event, which was organized by Dr. Nobakht, the head of National Planning and Budget Organization, while introducing the capacities of CINVU and pointing to its strategic role in creating added value in science and technology, Cultural and economic in the national and transnational arena, it was decided to establish the necessary cooperation between the two groups in order to regulate and determine resources.

Accordingly, the role of Payame Noor University as a leading university in the virtual field and an important member of CINVU was mentioned and it was decided to provide the necessary facilities for effective national and international actions of this university in matters related to this university, program and budget organization should be considered.

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
