Secretary General of CINVU in a meeting with the Director of Strategic Planning and Coordination of IFIA, in order to jointly cooperate in order for the members of CINVU and COMSTECH to benefit from the capacities and services of IFIA in the field of intellectual property, technology transfer and education.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, in this meeting, while pointing to the vast capacities of this international academic organization in creating a scientific platform and establishing coordination and cooperation between universities in 57 Islamic countries, mentioned the provision of new services in the field of establishing international facilitation processes and technical and content exchange as the axes of joint cooperation, which will begin with the conclusion of a memorandum between the two groups in the future.

Masoud Shafaghi, Director of Strategic Planning and Coordination of the IFIA, while introducing the capacities and achievements of IFIA, in order to provide special services in order to benefit the members of CINVU, announced their readiness and mentioned the protection of intellectual property, technology transfer and education as areas of this joint cooperation.

The IFIA launched in 1968 is a non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting inventions and initiatives, and now works with institutions, patent organizations and scientific and academic centers on five continents. IFIA's mission is to develop knowledge creation, promote a culture of innovation and facilitate the process of turning ideas into wealth, and the federation is an observer and advisor to the United Nations Conference on Progress and Development (UNCTAD) and an observer member of the European Patent Office (SACEPO). IFIA is also the most important support organization for inventors in the world under the auspices of the United Nations Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a member of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and a special member of the European Union for Innovation (EAI).

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
