Iran's Minister of Science, Research and Technology at the CINVU Annual Meeting which was held with the presence of the whole Coordinator General of COMSTECH, expressed hope in line with the government's policy of strengthening diplomacy with Islamic countries, Iran's scientific and academic communication and cooperation will expand through the the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation with the Muslim Brother countries of Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Ali Zolfigol, Minister of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in this international event, which was held on the evening of Thursday, the September 28, welcomed the reappearance of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Choudhary, the Coordinator General of COMSTECH, an outstanding scientist of the Islamic world and the recipient of the Mustafa (PBUH) Prize in the field of chemistry in Iran, stating that his scientific rank is classified in the distinguished category as evidenced by the "H Index", stated: In recent years, due to the guidance of Professor Choudhary, COMSTECH has been able to be the axis of the scientific unity of Islamic countries.

Referring to COMSTECH's background in selecting prominent scientists of the Islamic world, Dr. Zolfigol said: The reactivation of this valuable program will encourage, motivate, recognize and synergize among the scientists of the Islamic world by creating its positive effects.

Expressing his readiness to exchange and provide measurement and motivation system, rules and regulations, science and technology and experiences with Islamic countries, Dr. Zolfigol stated: Scientific systems should be updated in such a way that, while creating ease, synergy and closeness will follow as many Islamic countries as possible.

The Minister of Science, Research and Technology also appreciated the performance of CINVU, considered the capacities of this international organization to be favorable for the rapprochement of Islamic countries, especially in the field of education, science and technology and emphasized: Ignorance causes differences in different societies, so as knowledge expands in the Islamic world and education is pursued seriously, it will lead to an increase in the power of human interaction.

He continued by saying that Iran has long-standing scientific and cultural relations with Pakistan, a friend and brother country: Fortunately, the Islamic Republic of Iran, under the management of Dr. Raisi, President of the Republic of Iran, has taken good measures to deepen relations with Islamic countries, we are witnessing that the communication and interactions with the friendly and brotherly countries of Saudi Arabia and Egypt are expanding and we are also interested in increasing scientific and academic communication and cooperation with these countries.

He stated that in the three Scientific Networks: INN, CINVU, INSTP, which is hosted by the MSRT, good measures have also been taken in the Islamic Republic of Iran, by announcing that support for these networks will be strengthened, continued: Iran is one of the leading countries in nanoscience, and in the field of science and technology park, the building of the Iran Science and Technology Park has recently been completed, which will be put into operation soon.

Prof. Dr. Zolfigol also invited the General Coordinator of COMSTECH to visit Pardis Science and Technology Park, Sharif University's Science and Technology Park and Iran Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, said: This organization is one of the successful models that has successfully turned science into technology.

He stated that over 78,000 scientific documents were published last year, which confirms Iran's first scientific rank in the region, reminded: Our new policy is to take effective steps to transform science into technology while maintaining our scientific position in the field of science production because we believe that by producing science, scientific authority is obtained and with the consumption of science, welfare and comfort is created for the society.

Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, also in this event, stated that the mission of this international scientific and academic organization is to communicate, provide infrastructure and support knowledge and smart technology and said: The new team of this organization has been able to organize a large community of 135 universities, higher education institutes, training centers, research institutes, knowledge-based and technological companies in 57 Islamic countries based on the approach of creating synergy and empowerment by using the strategic capacities of academic communication.

He went on to express his gratitude for the support of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and - COMSTECH - the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and pointed out the extent of scientific and educational cooperation of this organization with professors, thinkers and researchers and added: The projects that have been completed so far have been implemented based on Article 2 of the constitution of this network with a self-governing budget and by receiving only 10% of the members' membership fees that in case of receiving government aid and members' efforts to pay membership fees regularly, there will be extensive support for university projects.

At the end of his speech, Najafi Barzegar also mentioned the background and extent of scientific and academic cooperation between Iran and Pakistan as neighboring countries and Muslim brothers and by reading the poem - Asrar Khodi - by the famous poet Iqbal Lahori, he considered the ties between the two nations to be unbreakable.

In the continuation of this program, which was accompanied by the presence of a group of assistants and research and international managers of MSRT, among the projects of the International Organization of CINVU, including: 1st - INET project, using AI in order to compile a scientific database of the capacities and capabilities of universities, research institutes and knowledge-based and technology centers and to measure needs and intelligent exchange of capacities in order to create synergy and empowerment. 2nd - The project of the CINVUPLUS systems complex, organized by 8 separate systems for communication, education, international accreditation of academic and professional qualifications and certificates, a social network for academicians and technologists of Islamic countries. Third - the project of an educational business center based on AI technology was unveiled.

In the continuation of this event, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Choudhary, the Coordinator General of COMSTECH, expressed his happiness to be in Iran again, referring to the hosting by the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran of three scientific networks of the Ministerial Committee for Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation: INN, CINVU, INSTP, he thanked Prof. Dr. Mohammad Ali Zolfigol, Minister of Science, Research and Technology for his hospitality.

He went on to say that CINVU was the most active network among the thirteen scientific networks of COMSTECH: In the period of the new staff of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran, under the guidance of Dr. Zolfigol, the support of these three scientific networks based in Iran is well done.

In the end, the Coordinator General of COMSTECH emphasized that helping the development of technology in Islamic countries is the fundamental mission of scientific networks affiliated to COMSTECH: We hope that the process of scientific and technological empowerment will be strengthened even more with the government's planning and support of the thirteen scientific networks of COMSTECH.

According to this report, at the end of this international event, the Minister of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the managers of MSRT were thanked for their support and the Secretary General and colleagues of CINVU were also honored for their excellent performance in strengthening educational, scientific and technological cooperation.

It is worth mentioning, CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to - COMSTECH - the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
