In line with expand educational and research cooperation based on information technology, the Gawharshad University of Afghanistan by accepting the membership certificate of CINVU joined the big family of this international scientific and academic organization.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, the Gawharshad University of Afghanistan, which was established with the aim of expanding scientific thinking, training skilled human resources and helping to rebuild the country of Afghanistan, under the supervision of ten eminent scientific personalities of this country, it has planned and implemented various educational and research programs.

In more than a decade of its activity, this university has been able to establish its scientific position by creating academic fields needed by the Afghan society and scientific cooperation with international organizations and domestic and foreign universities.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
