Holding the Islamic World Tourism Exhibition was approved by the parties during the meeting of the Secretary General of CINVU with the Deputy Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of CINVU, in this meeting, introduced the capacities and effectiveness of this international scientific and academic organization in order to participate and cooperate in the field of cultural promotion and providing virtual training related to cultural heritage and handicrafts, he announced his readiness.

He further pointed to the extensive and effective connections of CINVU with the elites, thinkers and universities of Islamic countries, and described the marketing and branding of scientific tourism as having strategic importance in order to deepen cultural connections with the world's population of more than 1.6 billion Muslims and requested cooperation with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Iran in the field of holding the international tourism exhibition of the Islamic world.

In this meeting, Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Deputy of Strategic Affairs and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of CINVU, also listed tourism branding as one of the pillars of the programs of this international organization in the field of economic empowerment of Islamic countries and he considered the increase in travel demand in the post COVID19 period as the best opportunity to strengthen measures in this field.

Dr. Saeed Ohadi, Deputy Director of Management and Resources Development of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Iran, also appreciated the actions taken by CINVU in this meeting and announced the conclusion of a memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation and comprehensive support for the holding of an international tourism exhibition by CINVU as the basis for the start of continuous cooperation between the two groups.

CINVU is one of the Networks affiliated to "COMSTECH",  the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation that hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This International Organization is a base full of knowledge and ability, which strives to expand public higher education based on smart technology with the goal of justice, deepening and reliability of knowledge and thought, and educational, research, cultural and skill empowerment of the Islamic world.
