The Deputy of CINVU said: Scientific, Skillful, Economic Strengthening and Commercialization of Scientific and Knowledge-Based Products is one of the fundamental goals of implementing the By-Law Comprehensive Cooperation of the Members of this International Academic Organization.

According to the Public Relations Report of CINVU, Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, Deputy of Strategic Affairs and Head of the Permanent Secretariat of CINVU, while announcing this, said: The By-Law Comprehensive Cooperation of the Members of CINVU as the first executive document of academic and academic cooperation in the Islamic world it has been developed based on the approach of targeted development of international cooperation that in addition to communication, providing infrastructure and supporting scientific and technological initiatives, it will seek to achieve educational justice and empower the underprivileged through the transfer of knowledge and technology.

He pointed out that the review and approval of The By-Law Comprehensive Cooperation of the Members of CINVU, based on the Statutes approved in 2018, the By-Law of the Executive Committee approved in 2019, and the opinions of the members were received, continued: Academic Members, Knowledge Bases Members and Partners of CINVU can based on the provisions of this comprehensive regulation, which was announced today October 24, to implement joint Educational, Research, Cultural, Social, Economic and Qur'anic Communication and Cooperation by using the Services and Facilities of this international organization.

Karimi Morid stated that strengthening the economy of education and commercialization of knowledge, technology and knowledge-based products is one of the main goals of this executive document: The secretariat of CINVU is fully prepared for the purpose of continuous and constructive communication with all members in the field of the implementation of this regulation based on the approach of liberating capacities and quantitative and qualitative development of capabilities and international communications.

Notably, the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) is an international educational, research, knowledge-based, and technology network affiliated with the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMSTECH), which is hosted by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

With the idea of creating educational equity, CINVU is a base for expanding universal public education based on smart and online technology that by networking of capacities, uses the power of education, research, innovation, and technology, in line with the approach of helping to empower and advance the countries of the Islamic world.
